Dear All,

I would like to inform you all that, i am facing huge trouble after sending a Courier through DTDC. It had started from last week, i had send a courier on 5th January 2012 to Kolkata to my relative's house, which is located in Barasat.

My courier had reached to kolkata on 6th January 2012, according to online tracking i had found it so. Next day it had reached to Another Branch (Airport Branch) Kolkata, from there it had dispatched to some other branch (Sodepur Super Franchisee).

When i called to get the information on 9th January 2012 to Sodepur Super Franchisee, i got reply that it had came here by mistake, we will again send it tomorrow to Airport Branch.

Today when i called again there, they told we don't know anything about this,asked me contact their office and provided me the number 033-32015718, which i found switched off.

Then i asked my relative to call to the Airport Branch then, we received a Executive's Number 09330872640 (Mr. Naha). Now, when my relative called him to know about the courier, got replied from him is that " Oh! i had not seen the address properly, that's why it had reached to another branch. Let it come to my branch again, i will look into this".
