I, Mrs. Pratishtha Chavan, booked a document at DTDC Borivali East, Mumbai, to be delivered at a residential address at Girgaon Mumbai on 9th June 2010. The consignment is still not reached the destination even after a week. I have been continuously following this for last one week. Your online status is showing that the consignment was tried to be delivered on 10th, 1th and 12th but the office was closed. This is a fake report as it is a residential address and the concerned person was continuously at home. Also he has not received any intimation slip saying that the courier is missed (which is a standard practice to leave such intimation).

In this regard I was given contact no of Mr. Milind (9324025115) by DTDC Mumbai office who is responsible for delivery in this area. I am in touch with Mr. Milind from 14th June who promised everyday that the courier will be on the same day. From yesterday evening (15th June) he has stopped answering my calls and not responding.

Since it is an important document I feel that it may be getting misused and in such case DTDC holds complete responsibility of the same.

I have launched a complaint regarding this to DTDC Bangalore office and got a complaint no as 54666. I am terribly upset due to bad service by DTDC .

WE HAVE SENT A DOCUMENT FROM GUWAHATI TO RANCHI ON 01/09/2010 THROUGH OUR NEAREST DTDC COURIER SERVICE VIDE CN NO-K42913703, BUT TILL DATE THE CONSIGNEE HAS NOT RECEIVED THE DOCUMENT . PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
