I regret to inform you that I have a undelivered consignment from Real life

My Father Shifted from Schendrabad(AP) to Bhopal(MP) in the month of June(23/06/10) and from Just Dial we got Real Life Packes & Movers name and address.

Amit Sharma himself visited our Schendrabad house from where we have handedover our consignments and paid all charges along with Rs.500/-(extra) for Insurance,without any receipt .It was promised that our consignment will be delivered at our door step,However Amit have not met any of his promises and he never picked our calls also. Our Consignment was delivered on road.


One of our consignment ( New Onida 21' TV worth Rs.9000) was exchanged during transit and we have received very old 19' TV(Which will not even cost Rs.2000).We spoke to Amit Sharma and he promised us that he will get our Consignment,which was exchanged.
But after that call he never picked-up our calls and he started disconecting our calls everytime we contacted him.

We are really concern about the TV as we bought it from our hard earn money and we want your intervension on this matter as i see few more compliants against this Co. and concern person.

I request you to kindly lodge a complaint against Real life
Domestic Packers & Movers,Secunderabad and get me the consignment and
compensation soon.
