my name is n mridula from visakhapatnam and had a placed an order thro credit card for a digital phot frame in the month of march 2009.i recieved the peice but was not a working one so i contacted AVA merchandising call centre who are dealing with this product. they did the needful of picking the peice from me and after repeated callin sent anothe peice after 3 months that is in june but this peice was also defective with the screen not in place and did not have a remote too.again i called the concerned call centre and this time too they picked up the peice and since then i havent recieved any product.the product was priced 3990/-. it has been from july taht i have been contacting them and as yuo know different people recieve the call and i have to explain the history.i must have spoken to almost 30-40 persons working in the company call centre.
well finally this april i was able to track down the product and they said it ws unavailable and they replaced this order for another 2 products 1 being a trolley bag and the other being a electric tandoor.they promised me that i would recieve the products in the next 15days that is in the month of may and today it is july.
now when i call to ask about the products they either it is an old consignment number or for weeks together their servers are not working.they deny connecting me to higher officials or they promise me to call me back in half an hour and take all my details.
after repeatedly talking to n number of persons and furnishing all the details everytime iam unable to get my booked products.
my product was booked through SBI credit card and the company dealing is AVA merchandising.my consignment no. is SB 16433 booked in march 2009.
kindly look into this matter seriously and take action on the company becoz this is not the type of response we expect.
