Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Prateek Goel living in hyderabad since past one year. My father sent me a courier one week back (14th July 2010) from Yamuna Nagar (Haryana) to Hyderabad (A.P). It had some important documents which I needed urgently. When I tried to track the status of the courier, the website showed that the courier has been dispatched for delivery 3 days (19th July 2010) back but I have not received it as yet. when I tried to contact Blazeflash offices in hyderabad, I found that all the numbers on the websites are either fake or no one is responding to them. From landline to the number of operations manager in hyderabad, nobody answered my call. I even had to bear thrashing by few guys asking me not to call back again because the numbers on the websites were fake. When I finally found the right guy, he talked very rudely telling me to call later as he was busy eating something. Please look into this matter and help me. I already have wasted Rs. 1500 because of this delay in delivery. Please help me.
