I hand send one courier with Important document through First Flight Courier Service on 22.07.2010 from Bathinda,Punjab(Under Ludhiana Regional office) to Kalyani,Nadia,West Bengal having consignment number : I34259063.But still date it not reach to destination & I suffer a lot.As per Courier it should reach to destination on 24.07.10 & from that date I follow up local office,Regional office & corporate office.
Till date I have not get any feedback from their side & I expect help from your end.

totally bloody ediot service provider. i have not received my good from 10 days and these fellows are not even responding

Regarding my courier with ref. no. 301813543 posted on 28th August from imphal to Mumbai, has not yet been delivered to my residence located at Nerul, Navi Mumbai. It is highly regretted and shameful for this courier service which spread across the country. Tell me what can I proceed for effectiveness.
Any courier service but OVERNITE, hardly takes so many days for providing services. Please do something as I am in the state of dialemma and unconscious since my documents includes original mark sheet for Master Degree. Moreover, the service of customer care is not cooperative at all. Can somebody help me regarding it.

Am facing similar issue... Have taken up the coordination within the organisation on myself. Clearly there is no communication happening between the customer care and the actual delivery guys.

Five days since I raised the issue and there is no action being taken. In fact it has gone further in the loop. I think they have lost the package!

Such third class service should be shut down immediately!

One of the Bank document was sent by FF courier from Chennai to Mumbai the FF person contacted me and I confirmed the parcel to be sent before 1 p.m. as after that there would be nobody to take the parcel.however it was not delivered and returned to the origin.
Now the parcel has been resent from chennai due to which I have to go through financial loss and I am trying to contact FF courier office with the telephone numbers given by the bank representative as well as the ones given on the website but the phones are just ringing and there is no one to answer the call. I have to waste so much of my time calling all the numbers in the hope that someone will answer the call and if the parcel goes back once again due to your fault I will have to face more fiancial loss. Who will be responsible for this?
I have tracked the delivery status with the congignment number on the site and it shows internal misroute but till now it has not reached me. Congignment Number C10228531

which kind of ur name is their first flight ur name should be last flight or 3rd class

why what the matter to send the courier from 1July 2011 in morning the client have send they r telling
