My complaint is regarding an irresponsible behavior of one of the leading courier company of India (Blazeflash couriers). On 3rd of August 2010 morning I went to the courier office to send a very important courier to my brother in NOIDA at that time I was promised that it would be delivered by the next day which I knew would never be done so, so in order to avoid any problem I kept one day of grace thinking that if it didn't reached there by the next day then would definitely reach there by a day after but even after six days it never reached there. On 9th of August 2010 when I went there and inquired they asked me the consignment no. and after checking they replied there was no such courier in the databases, when on compelling them they said that it might be lost and we'll search for it and deliver it in two days. On happening of such event they were'nt even sorry neither were very cooperative. This is simply unacceptable and they should be penalized for that.

The courier was of great importance to my brother and me and on not delivering it on time it can cause a loss of about Rs. 20000/= to my brother and he really needed that money since he is middle of a financial crisis I don't know what might happen next but these people should be punished and penalized.

I want them to compensate not less than the double the of loss and a declaration in written that they are sorry for their irresponsible behavior and such a careless act will never be repeated so that no one else could suffer.
