I am an employee of M/s Creative Ashtech Power Projects Pvt. Ltd., Pune. I am looking after the erection & commissioning of Ash Handling Plant, Rosa Thermal Power Project, Shajahanpur, U.P.
Our site office has given half early contract for courier service to DTDC. For the last one and half year they are doing this service. Every third day there would mail for couriering to our Head Office at Pune from Rosa Site office. On 1st October 2011, we had couriered a document (Docket no: Z43784349) to our Head Office. Till date it has not reached the destination. On enquiry with their office at Shajahanpur, it was informed that the address written on the envelope is incomplete, i.e. the street address has not been written. So the courier personnel couldn’t locate the office.
We have only just one Head Office in India, which is located in Pune. DTDC has been doing this courier service since 1½ years for us. But just because the street address was not written DTDC’s courier personnel couldn’t locate. It is said that they took three days to locate the address in Pune, but in vain. The Document hasn’t reached its destination nor has it come back.
Our apprehension is that the senders address written on the envelope is “CAPPPL Rosa”. This too is an incomplete address, and hence it may not return back to our Site Office at Rosa. Please help
