I have taken the Packers & Movers service from M/s D.Mariya Cargo Packers & Movers from Nasik City to Jaipur City on 9/9/2011. They have charged me a Rs. 18000/- including Packing, Loading,Transportation, Unloading & unpacking.
The Nasik people have done their packing and loading properly. But when the Items were recived at the Jaipur City, they have packed all my household item in a Small Tata Ace(Tempo) which was not part of the Packers & Movers Service. Also the Unloading was not done by the D. Mariya people but by the Two Local Daily Wage worker who dont know how to handle the various electronic & non electronic items. The Unpacking was done by me & my family since the D. Mariya people were not coming to do that.
D. Mariya people have charged me Rs. 1500/- for In Transition Insuarnce Policy but no such insurance was issued to me
During the mishandling the Base wheel of the Computer Table was broken, the Almirah is totally Damaged and cannot be used anymore. One small single mirror is also broken.
Two curtain Hanging rods are also missing from the item.
Since the Reciept of items from 12/9/2011 to till date i am calling everyday to Mr. Baljeet Singh to send someone to get my things inspected and pay me for damages.I have spent Hundreds of rupees just in calling to him & other people of D. mariya.
My Almirah costs. me Rs. 3500/-, Computer table Rs.1600/-,missing curtain rods & mirror 200/- RS. 1500/- for in transit insurance policy, Rs. 1000/- unloading charges, Rs. 500/- for unpacking charges.
I want Head office people of D. Mariya Cargo Packers & Movers to look into this and pay me the above mentioned amount.
I am not at all satisfied with the services being provided to me.
