I have sent a courier(mentioning it as urgent!) on 19th July from Bangalore to Bhubaneshwar by DTDC courier and its still in transit (23rd July). On calling in their customer care helplines they give fake status on both sides (Bangalore and Kolkatta) . In their official site as well the status is "In transit" since last 4 days. As communicated by one of their executive i got to know that the courier has reached kolkatta on 20th July itself but its still not dispatched. And their customer care is really very pathetic. Dear Sir,
I have booked one envelop containing RAKHI BAND from TENALI in Guntur dt. of ANDHRA PRADESH.

The consignment no. is H88157134 and booked on 8th August, 2011 to the GURGAON (HR) address.
Till today, the consignment has not reached and we are very much disappointed as the RAKHI sent in the envelop is to be tied today only i.e. on 13.08.2011.
