Hi,

This is to express my sorrow transporting my house hold luggage from bangalore to chennai.

I booked Divyashree pakers and movers getting numbers from just dial and in the justdial it is mentioned as top rated. Later initailly they mentioned Rs.4,800 for carrying my luggage and later they demaned more up to rs. 5,500. Later i accepted considering that it is well rated.


They packed the luggage my cot, berove and dressing set. they promised that it will go directly to house. But, i guess that it didn't happened. When the luggage is unloaded we found major damage to the cot and some minor scratches to the berova. We got very much worried and called up the Divyashree pakers and movers person "Mr.Raj", who was in contact with me from day 1.

Later when i called him, he was very reluctant and mentioned that there is no damage and you need to pay the remaining amount, if not we will carry the goods back. The people went there to deliver threatened my brother and sister and they have collected the money that am supposed to pay them. I asked them to call up police and inform about. But, he don't want to drag the issue so further and kept quite and has given them all the money.


This is very poor service from them. I request not ever to go with Divyashree pakers and movers as it is my worst experience, that i had.

I had opted Divyashree Movers and Packers for my relocation from Bangalore to Pune. The service and response was pathetic. Mr. Raj shows you all goodness till he takes money. When there time to deliver the goods nobody takes the responsibility and Mr Raj goes underground for whatever reason.

Majority of my goods were damaged and scratches on many goods. The people who came to deliver the goods are very low level and threatened us of taking back the goods. When I refused them to give received confirmation Mr. Raj appeared in the scene till that time he was not receiving my calls.

The delivery people just dumped the damaged goods and threatened me of taking the refrigirator if I do not give the received sign. And they took my refrigirator to the ground floor. Since I do not wanted all this drama I gave them the received sign off. They did'nt even deliver my refrigirator to my house. They left it at the ground floor. I had to take my apartment security help to shift it to my house.

My request to all of you is please dont ever go to Divshree Packers & Movers service and response is PATHETIC, HUMILIATING, TERRIBLE. All of us should teach them lesson.
