Angry On Dot Courier-Pathetic service,no one is listning to complaints
Dear Sir,
I sent some stuff to my in-laws house on 18th August 2010 through On dot courier from Jaipur to Jamshedpur and till today 31st August 2010,it has not beeen delivered.I checked the status of the airbill on internet ,it has reached to Jamshedpur on 24th August but from there no one has delevered to my in-laws house.When I contacted the local delivery boy on 28th August 2010,he said he will deliver it on Monday-30th August but again when my in-lwas called him ,now he is saying that he don't have any consignment with him.Even my in-laws told him that let him know the address so that he will collect it from his office but they refused the same.I tried reach area manager but in vain.Also I sent a feedback message through their website on 28th August 2010 as I don't have their email id's,but till now no action has been taken.
Request you to please look in to it.
