1. I am an Bank officer and used the services of DRS AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS to transport my household luggage from Jamshedpur (Jharkhand).to Bangalore
2. The details are as under

3. The luggage was delivered in Bangalore on 08/11/2011
4. One Carton containing Microwave 30SC2 worth Rs 13850 purchased on 27/10/2011 was missing.I declared the value as Rs 10000/- only in the insurance list.
5. Their representative Mr Yogesh , gave me the Signatures acknowledging that Item No. 6 (i.e. Microwave) is Missing
6. While I have all my suscpicions that the bag has been deliberately stolen as they knew while packing about the contents of the bag vis a vis the cost declared.
7. I want to lodge a case of theft and cheating against the team at Jamshedpur/Bangalore or the company as such.Already 49 Days have passed but till now Company has not Settled my Claim and always asking for some more time.
8. Kindly guide me ,help me and educate me on this.Should I be hopeful to get my Microwave back or duly compensated.
