I had sent two couriers in Gujarat to one of our customers, through DTDC.
Envelope 1 contained documents (quotation) and Envelope 2 contained properly packed filters
However, our customer, received only one packet with the reference of envelope 2 and contents of envelope 1 and some irrelevant bills. However, DTDC says that both the couriers have been delivered.

I have been trying to solve this issue since one month. I am contacting Mr. Mohan Shaw of Bhandup branch and I have sent complaint letters to the Mumbai head office in Goregoan.
I have requested for PODs, but DTDC is not co-operating with me in any way. Moreover, when I try to contact Mr. Shaw on his cell phone, either he doesn't pick up or he switches off his cell phone. This is a very irresponsible behavior from such a professional company

Also receiving contents of one envelope in another indicates that the envelopes were opened by someone after dispatching and before receiving.
I want to find out where this confusion has occurred. All I want are the PODs and full co-operation till the end from DTDC to solve this matter.

I had couriered a parcel which contained some legal documents along with my Photograph and address proofs.

The courier number was P12718083.

Initially I was promised that I will get the compensation, when I asked for they said that I can register a complaint and knowingly they will lose case and just part with a Rs.100 fine. Any ways I didn't received any thing.

Please help me how to deal on this.

This is to inform and warn people who travel because of their work from one city to another and stay there for long.

This DTDC company took the responsibility of delievering my car from Delhi to Mumbai through a Maruti's container, saying whole lot of shit about other packers and movers.

My parents gave my car to them in Gurgaon (Delhi) and after 4 days i got the car here, which was just not in a position to drive as it was driven for 1200 kms without us even knowing..... They screwed the car big time by sitting and smoking there...my car matts are burned..... they emptied the whole lot of a petrol and CNG in it.... and eventually came up with excuses saying that we have filled a petrol of 200 more to deliever it at ur address in Mumbai and on top of it, when i refused saying that they have used my petrol and CNG and i will cut the money, the people started shouting on me.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE people, if u are plannin to get ur car to the city where u have moved, try and take ur car driving or check the company's background b4 handling ur asset to them.

And the worst part is, that when they deliever, there is hardly any thing that u can check, we get to know after we start driving the car and by that time, these people stop responding to u as their work gets done.

My car is big time damaged and my car's clutch and gear both have becum too tite that i cant even drive without getting it serviced.

i booked a consignment for australia on 27/09/10 vide bill no n93005018
till date not delivered and no information from the courier, only on their associate tnt site for 21/10/10 shipment presumed lost enquries underway, is this the courier service works? what is the compensation fr harassment ? repeated enquiries, emails from booking office at ludhiana yields no result, what should i do

I have booked on 08/10/10. A courier to my mumbai company address.
Docket no.z18111832
but still the courier is not deliver to my company address & not return to my address.
I have also approach the dtdc office at ludhiana ph no.0161-3018413.
But still i didnot get any information.
I have also apply to dtdc courier my refrence no. Is fdb0052292.
The courier contains important documents.
If they r not reach my office address i have lost about 35000/-.
So plz listen my query.
& take respective action on this
i shall be very thankful to u.
