on 31-Jan-2012, a letter was shipped to me from Delhi to Bangalore.On 02-Feb-2012 the DTDC person(contact no. 09611241567) called me for address,I explained him completely, finally he cut the call and didn't answer my call.I called him again he told he is busy, and will deliver later.Then I wrote an email to DTDC Bangalore office, the concern person replied me that either you come to collect from our office or we'll deliver to your office address, but on Saturday.I replied him that Sat,Sun is holiday for us(weekend) so no office, can you please deliver today.He didn't reply. Is this the service people expect from DTDC.
