i have send one courier from pune to lucknow..

on 14 aug..
still courier not recevied at my lucknow address..
online it is showing 16 it reaches lucknow but still in Transist state..

its very urgent,i have paid more then other courier service bcause of ur brand name but all in VEIN,very upset..
no one picking up phone on pune and lucknow service center.

The service of DTDC really sucks! They have absolutely no business ethics at all.
Most of the contact nos don’t work, and when they do work, the person on the other end gives a very rude replying saying don’t call this no. call the customer care.
The customer care seems to be very understaffed, as they have not been able to handle even a single call in last 2 days.Maybe the operators are out delivering parcels.
The website is there like a showpiece, they neither reply to mails, nor to calls!

I would highly recommend to all people, that DO NOT send your parcels by DTDC.
Better to hire a bullock cart and have it sent!

I sent a courier via Trackon couriers from Banjara Hills, Hyderabad to Miyapur on the 26th August. It was to be delivered the next day (that is courier service these days - local delivery within the city on the next day). After 4 days, the person has still not received the parcel. When I try to call the pick-up person, he keeps disconnecting the phone.

Their website Trackon Couriers Pvt Ltd is not updated, and many sections are still under construction. One employee gave me a different branch number, and no one picks up the phone there either.
