This complaint is against DTDC Cargo.
I have sent my cargo which had my used clothes in it from UK and was promised by DTDC cargo company that they won't charge any extra other that 3.5GBP per kg + 10GBP collection charge + 10GBP Custom Non Dox charge , however at the delivery of the goods DTDC Pune asked me to pay 7000 Rs as custom charge on used garments and they produced a fake receipt to justify that they have paid the custom duty but on the tracking list they showed that amount as OCTROI.
DTDC has always fooled their customers with the most pathetic service and especially the DTDC Pune.

The same thing has happened with e before when my cousin has sent a cargo from mumbai to Pune and it was never delivered to me in Pune for 10 days and it took 2 days for them to track it where it was lying and when I asked them to deliver it on my door they refused it saying that octroi will be levied and asked me infact to take it from their godown outside Pune, also they gave me the silly excuse that their truck driver forgot to load it for the city.
Guys please take care when you send your cargos from DTDC, it is the worst cargo company.
