I have ordered a product on ebay (it is of 71 Rs onlybut want to complaint)

Product : Nokia pouch for 5233

Courier name: DTDC
Airway bill number: Z18114583

I have received a package from DTDC ..which was nicely RE-Packed .. I repeat RE-packed by removing the pouch from it .The Package was already opened .. resealed with a different tape (brown one… event that is not completely warped). The package..contains a small empty box in it ..

I called you guys Majkagiri Head office … they said ,. they do not have mobile number of the person who visited my house to deliver .

I want to log a complaint for DTDC Courier, I have booked courier on 30th Aug 2010 from Gurgaon (GURGAON DLF - MASTER FRANCHISEE - GURGAON) to Aligarh and as of today's(5th Sept 2010) status the courier with the consignment number Z14987089 has not been delivered yet and also i am not getting the proper response from neither from the Gurgaon DTDC office nor from the Aligarh dtdc office.

I want to log a complaint for DTDC Courier, I have booked courier on03rd sep 2010 from New Delhi to Vizag and as of today's(5th Sept 2010) status the courier with the consignment number D03991228, D03991229 has not been delivered yet and also i am not getting the proper response from neither from the New Delhi DTDC office nor from the Vizag dtdc office.
Courier contains : Medical equipment

I book a consignment on 12.08.2010 at their Ranchi office for the USA. It was less than 100gm & they charged Rs. 850.00. Initially i was unable to track the consignment and lodged a complaint thro sms. They replied to contact phone no.080 25365032/39. The phone keeps ringing but nobody attended. After threatening for strong action they told that the consignment had remained at Ranchi for 5 days. Lastly it was delivered on 23.08.2010 after 11 days.

This is in reference to the courier made through DTDC courier at my Lucknow address and without delivering the courier the courier company updated that the courier has been delivered .Even after 2-3 reminder and calls Mr.Jitendra one of their executive and Mr.srivastava ensured to get back in 30 minutes but all goes in veins.NOW THEY STOPPED ATTENDING MY PHONE CALLS AND BEFORE THAT STARTED MISBEHAVING .You are requested to look in to matter from your end details are given below:
