Hi All,

Unfortunately, I choose DTDC courier to send one of my consignment from Pune to Ghaziabad. I Booked my consignment on 18th January 2012 morning around 11:00 AM and was supposed to reached Ghaziabad on 21st Jan but till writing this mail it has not reached the destination. I was given wrong commitment by DTDC that courier will definitely reached by 21st or 22nd of January.

It is very clearly can be seen in the below tracker screen shot that consignment reached Sahibabad on 20th January and till today it is not delivered. Is it we are paying for this kind of service.

I myself called at Sahibabad branch but haven’t received any satisfactory reply. Same reply I received at Pune from where I booked my consignment.

I will definitely go to consumer court for this kind of poor service, loss, behaviour and attitude.
