I have already send my parcel from malad (w) , Mumbai DTDC courier service. I have paid them 900 rs and now that I havent received my parcel and I am being asked for more money to pay.
I am writing this mail as I am being not well responded and my parcel is stuck somewhere with DTDC.

On 3rd October I called your member of staff from your Malad (w), Mumbai office for collection of parcel which consists of 2 folding beds and 2 pillows. I was leaving mumbai and shifting on the same day. I well informed the person who came for collection that I am leaving the city tonite so if any query regarding the money pls give me a call. He very confidently charged me 900 INR and I spoke to the manager as well and even he told me if any changes in price he will give me a call within an hour. After 4 days Mr Wasim from the same office called me as asked me to pay 2000 INR more because the parcel was a bit more in weight. Now that I have already moved to Baroda, Gujarat and am waiting for my parcel I am being asked to pay more money which is not fair at all. I am sending my parcel with a reliable company and I expect the same thing from your side. Now all these days I am following up on phone with all different people at your goregaon call center and the center where I send my parcel from but no one is responding me at all. The guys at the malad office is not answering my call at all I am not sure about his name but his mobile no. is 9920116558. I am given another phone no. from goregaon office and even this guy is not answering my phone call 9320197175. I dont know wht to do and where to complaint, I hope I do get a reply from your side and you could atleast assist getting my parcel in baroda.
