This is bring in your kind knowledge that on 06.12.2011 i sent a courier through dtdc muchibazar franchise to my friend who stays in Gujrat Bharauch vide Consignment No. K51136963, it was send to Mrs. Kavita Patel wife of Mr. Shekhar Patel. residing at B- 302, Akshardham Appartment, Zadeshwar Rd. Bharauch, Gujrat . Mobile - 9978701682

As it was her birthday on 10.12.2012 so I wanted to be delivered as its earliest but unfortunately still today it was not delivered, when my friend went to talk to the DTDC FRANCHISE at Bharauch (Jadeshwar Road) No.15, Dwarka Dham Complex, Grnd flr. Near Chamunda Mata Mandir, ( Which is a few blocks away from the franchisee office ) she was really shocked to know it was delivered to some other address. On the other hand a couple of months ago I had sent a parcel through your esteemed dtdc service and at the same address it reached safe but the condition was the receiver was asked to come and pick up from there office !

Now my question arises : -

1. When I am clearly mentioning the address along with Mobile Number sender & receiver both, then how come the delivery people get so irresponsible and send it to some other place ?

2. How come the receiver is asked to collect parcels from the franchise office which is hardly 500 grm in weight ? Is that a rule ?

3. How come delivery guys cant trace an address which is couple of blocks away from the franchise office ?

4. Should we trust your DTDC service in future ? Or is this time to switch over to some other courier service ?

5. If Dtdc means Desk to Desk Courier, how come you are not stuck by the words ?

6. Now what actions will you take against this, a personal document have been exploited to third / unknown person ?

7. What happens to the parcel now ?

Please be kind enough to answer my question and make sure this type of silly thing do not happen in future, and please take immediate actions against the miss delivered parcel and deliver it to the right person in right address. And also instruct your franchise office that the sender is coughing out enough charges (that is asked to pay) so that the parcel is to delivered at the address, and not being asked to receive it from the office.

Further I expect satisfactory explanation from your end and the current problem is quickly resolved.
