I sent a a parcel by DTDC courier from Bangalore to MuzaffarNagar UP. I sent it on 02/08/11 and according to courier detail it has delivered on 04/08/11. I track through DTDC tracking and its reached on 04/08/11 morning in MUzaffarnagar. It doesnt delivered on 4th august. Today its 5th august but still its not get delivered. I apid 300 rs. for quick delivery. I talked many times to customer care and office in muzaffarnagar but everyone was telling me lie only.I sent my father 2 times to pick the courier but at that time they told that guy has already out for the delivery but for last 2 days its didn't got delivered.

Its happening 3rd time with the same courier. Every time i have o sent any of my family there to pick the parcel,they never delivered it at home for the sake of that they didn't find the address.

Plz take a strict action for this call. I am trying to call to know the status but no one is picking the phone.

I sent one courier (H87238147) from hyderabad to hosdurga (Karnataka) on 08.08.11 today is 12.08.11 but still the courier not reached the destination
all the phone no. provided in DTDc website are useless, either they are disconnected or nobody lift the phone
