DTDC Courier people are asking to come to their office to collect the Consignment
Hi,
I'm facing a different problem with the DTDC Courier people of Vedaya Palem Branch, Nellore.
When we receive a consignment the simply call to my home and say you have a courier, come and collect. The office from my home is around 3 kms.
I need clarification on the delivering the consignment is not responsible of the Courier prople.
Because of this i'm planning to use the courier services.
Please suggest me what we can do?
