I have sent a courier on 27/01/12 through DTDC. When i booked my courier they told me that the mormal service would chanre Rs. 100 and the "plus" service which is faster would charge Rs. 150. So opt for the plus service and paid Rs. 150. 3 days later I got a call from them saying that the plus service is not avaible at the place whenr i sent the courier. Then they promised me to deliver the same in normal service in 3 working days and return the balance Rs. 50. But since then it has been 1 week the courier has not been delivered yet and I also have not got my money back. Moreover, the particular courier has become untracable after checkinh with the consignement no. which is V06931179.
I have called many time to their customer care but they could not tell the staus and asked me to contact the collection center, where they are not even picking up my call. I also have written few mails to them but have not got any reply.
I am compelled to say this that this is a somplete unprofessionalism and a disaster.
I want an explanation on this from the resepective company and also want to warn other that this is completly a disaster so never try to use DTDC to send any courier.
Thay are just a bunch of jokers and nothing else.
