Dear Sir/Madam,
I have send a courier on 12th jan for Guwahati(Assam) and it is not delivered till 1st feb. When i called up the employee of DTDC they were unable to track my courier. They are trying to play a blame game to each other. They informed me about it is available in Kolkota. When i call-up the Kolkota people, they told me it is send back to pune and despatched to bangalore.
Please send me the details about the courier and send it back to me. I don't have faith in your service anymore.
