I have booked a packet (Consignment No.-V06352934) to be delivered at Indian Inst. Sciece,Bangalore on 1:30 PM of 13 October of 2011. Packet was booked under the trade name of DTDC plus service and assurance has been given that delivery will be within 24 hour, because this plus service is four times more than general service. But pocket did not reach the destination after even 48 hours of booking what the pathetic service of DTDC, When I tried DTDC head office contact no. it was ringing and ringing only, no one was there to respond. When I contacted the DTDC depot person of Maleshwar on the no.-07899700110, they simply told that he does not know about any plus service there in DTDC so he will not take this at pririty. So, it seems this DTDC organization is nothing beyond a fraud type breand who takes the money tthrough different types of service but nothing is different in their service. I am not getting who will give the compensation of this loss.

sent my important documents in DTDC courier on 7th of Oct and it is delivered on 12th of Oct due to delay in delivery i lost 40,000/ rupees
sir, please take an necessary action about this concern its my job issue please do need full .
