Further to the below mail, with regret we wish to inform you that Consignment No Z52989753 dated 30/12/2011 booked from IBM Daksh Gurgaon and same destined to Pune, is misplaced by Aundh DTDC Franchisee.

We wish to inform you that, we had put our sincere efforts in tracing out the subject consignment, but in vain, if the subject consignment found at later stages the same will be returned to your office.

In interim we kindly requesting you to issue a stop payment notice to your bankers if consignment containing any banking instruments.

We also request you to view the said incident as a rare aberration and not as a true reflection of our service levels.
