Cheating and Not satisfied by services from M/s Ekta Packers & Movers besides delivering too late and damaged items.

I shifted my households from Gurgaon to Hyderabad from M/s. Ekta Packers & Movers. I got multiple calls from Mr. Sanjay (Sanju) stated that they are very reliable and offer fast services. They also confirmed their presence and local office in Hyderabad.

I showed all the items that I wanted to transfer to their representatives namely Mr Sanjay Krishan, Mobile No. 9718865858 and Mr Yogesh Mobile No. 9899662464 who had visited my house and told me that it would be delivered within 7 days. They offered initial quotation of Rs. 18,000 for all my households. After giving quotation they made multiple call to me to finalize the deal. I agreed to them and asked to take my households. At the time of packing they now revised the quote to Rs. 25000/- mentioning the other charged like octroi and insurance of all items for One Lakh for any damages at an extra cost of Rs 3000. I got surprised with their this behaviour but paid them 80% of final sum at the time of packing and they confirmed the delivery of all households in 7 days. I delivered my housholds on 30th Sep. 2011 and flied to Hyderabad. They were telling that they will keep me informed the status fo my households but i havn't received a single call from their side after this (always i called them, beacuse i was the fool who faith on them). They were talking that your good is on the way, it takes time on state border for clearance, truck got axle broken etc. I was waitng for my goods and in close contact with them by regular calling, they always give me new number of truck driver which is either switched off or out of coverage area. I was waitng for my goods as i am leaving in hotel and it is going to be very costly for me. After 10 days i come to know that they now displtched the material from Gurgaon with some other agency M/s. Modern Packers & Movers (Mr. Raju) and it will take 5 more days to reach to me. Ultimetly on 15th Oct. one person from another (third agency) packers & movers in Hyderabad call me to collect my belonging. He refused to deliver befor my inspection because he is not responsible to any damage till time. I personally went to location where truck was parked and got surprised that they delivered all my costly household in truck which carries cars and was too dirty with dust and oil. Many of my items was broken and all matresses were too dirty with oil and dust on it.

I called to Ekta packers and movers and they confirmed that they will send a surveyor to check my damages. Till date it is almost one and half month nobody has come to me.

I had marked all my comments on their delvery note.

The problems I faced can not be compensated but still I am submitting this complaint so that no one good person can be cheated with them, what bad experiences I faced, one can not face it. They are really unethical firm who does not have any respect towards moralities, and they repeat these type of incidents.
