Dear Sir / Madam,

This is my worst experience with Euro Movers and Packers, Pune. I was relocating from Pune to Bangalore. Unfortunately I selected this movers and packers company (Search from Net) due to time constraints.

When I called them some personnel by name Amit Sharma talked to me very nicely and he said he would to come to my place to see the amount of goods to be transferred and give me an estimate of cost. We agreed to a price and date of luggage transfer (27/06/2011). I was very prompt on the date and time and shifted all luggage from my place and promised me to deliver to Bangalore on 30th June.

I reached Bangalore on 29th Morning and finalized my new house in Bangalore and on 30th was waiting for my luggage to get delivered. Now the trauma starts. My wife was at Company guest house and 30th June was her last day there. On 30th morning I called Mr. Amit Sharma to know the status of delivery he said they will deliver it by afternoon. Again when I called them at 3PM they said that they will deliver it at 8PM in the night. At 9.30PM they conveyed me the message that due to Palki procession in Pune delivery truck started late, hence they will deliver the luggage next day by afternoon. Luckily I had purchased basic things if the delivery gets delayed. When I called them to their office absolutely they did not have any regrets from their end and they asked me not to call them again.

Finally they delivered the goods on 3rd July 2011. I noticed that half of the parts were missing in the delivery. Worst thing is delivery of goods is outsourced to some third party of transporters so they were absolutely not taking any responsibility of the missing goods. When I called their Pune office, they said that luggage is in their storage department and they will deliver it next day. But they are so ruthless people they delivered it on 11th July 2011. Bed parts were drenched in water and they did not even assembled it for me. For this great performance they charged me Rs. 15606.

Dear Sir / Madam kindly look into this matter. Consignment number of my luggage transfer is # 525.
