I am Amit kumar from Jawaharlal Nehru University. I am working as a S/W engineer. Dilhi "Experss it" courier servise branch has kept kept my PAN Card from fridya (26-08-2010) in delhi.

My PAN card has reach in delhi on 26-08-2010. they are not delivering my PAN card inspite of my continuous phone call. i had visited its main branch in delhi but they said to me that my PAN is with delivery boy from 26-08-2010 who is not delivering it. his no is 8800662049. now he not picking my phone call aslo.
Due to this delay, My salary of two month about 60 thousand is deadlocked. i am very much frustrated due to this irresponsible delivery of my courier by EXPERSS IT courier service Delhi.

I strongly want to log a complain against this company about the delay of my courier ( PAN Card) Delay.

I am Nitin Singh my courier was despached from Mumbai on 24th jan 2012 containing my PAN CARD, till date they never came to house and on there tracking they are stating i was not available at address.

No one came they are lying coz my wife is there at home always.

why did NSDL have contracted them.
This company just dont care.
Giving false phone no of there delhi office.
And no CUSTOMER SERVICE at all.
