My Client's Pan Card has been despatched by NSDL on 31.12.2011 (Airway Bill No.20082778100) through Expressit Logistics Private Limited but still not received by them. When I tried to contact the Haldwani Branch of the same Courier, they told me that they had stopped receiving Pan Cards and failed to tell me the exact location of my Pan Card so that I can collect it from there. Still I contacted the Customer Care several times but no satisfactory reply has been received by me and they cut my balance also.

I am mentally very depressed as my Client is urgently waiting for it and I don't know what to do. Please help..
