Respected Sir ,

I had order a product online,& the site had dispatched the product through first-flight courier service through consignment number A25682327.It was about to come from Hyderabad to Goa. i was told that i would get my parcel within 2-3 days.but its about a week i have not received my parcel.i have made several phone calls & emails but no action is taken.when i had called them up, they say that "its still not come in Goa".I told them that a week is more then enough for a parcel to come from Hyderabad to Goa. Its been delayed from a week. its a very expensive thing.

I request you to please do the needful to get the product to me safely.Please notify me on the email address given below.
