My name is shiv i am working in pune recently i applied for a pan-card the card was dispatched by the authority almost a week back with the First Flight courier service. the details of the tracking is

it wasnt reched to destination yet.

i made almost 15 calls to their customeer care numbers, the response i recieved is
--call to other number
--we are not taking care of PAN card
and so on
most of the time they never pick up the phone.
or they switch off their mobile after terminating the call.

i made a call to thier delhi, mumbai, chandigar, Gwalior offices too , the most irretating thing is that when i called on the number they provided for gwalior cutomer care , first someone terminated the call and then switched it off

Could you please take care of the issue.
