I got a SMS from HDFC bank regarding the card delevery thourgh the First Flight Courier service. HDFC bank give an AVB No also and the dispatched date 24Aug 2010 and the the First Flight Excpected deliery date is 25 Aug 2010 .

The First Flight Courier service is not delevering my card. When I asked to First Flight Executive they are missguiding me and giving wrong no to me. They have give thease no

I traied all thease no but no one is answers correctly. I traied on 040 32561059, the receptionist from First Flight Courier Begumpet branch. She told me we have your consignment but we can not deliver today. We'll deliver on monday 30 Aug 2010.

I want to launch a complaint to first flight courier services for missguiding the consumer and the miss behavior with the consumer, and the not performing the services properly.

Today I contaced to First Flight courier sevices through web site by using consinment tracking system. that page is showing "Insufficient Address"

First Flight Couriers Ltd.

In bank record my address is valid. Individual Bank perssonal has visited my place for verifcation.

The first flight courier service is totally misguiding me and harassing me to get my delivery

I am requesting you to please take neccessary action.

I sent a courier to bayana,bharatpur(rajasthan) from bangalore on 12aug10 consignment no is blr10533085.
I expected fast service from professional courier but it disappointed me.it is still on transit.i sent rakhi in the courier.it didnt reach on time (even now also).its related to feelings of a sister vd brother but courier service is too bad to respect my feelings.

I hope you don't expect to be getting a card with a million dollars on it and all you have to do is give them your personal information???? That's the oldest email scam in the book. Let me guess, you did not enter anything yet recieved an email offering you a million dollars, but they don't know your name, address, or anything personal. All they put is that you are getting a million dollars for no reason, just give them your account number HA..HA! They are going to just send you a million dollar????. People, don't be fooled into giving out your account and personal information. Before you do this ask yourself "WHY WOULD SOMEONE EMAIL A COMPLETE STRANGER AND GIVE THEM A MILLION DOLLARS??" It does not make sense. Don't say I didn't warn you....

The Firstflight courier provides a bad servic to the customer......Customer service is for name sake .......they never attends a call especially in mumbai.........no option to track consignment number.............



we are very dissapointed wuith the service

i have not received the parcel which was sent form hydrabed on 17th jan 2011 and it reached chennai after 2 days and it reached kolathur office 20 th jan 2011 , on 21st staus is showing party is not availabel in the system, but we present for the whole day,

we have inquired the office they said its in the koyembedu office and we called them too they said they will depatch it on the monday, but till i am following it till today but the parcel yet to recieve the first flight courier personal teling some other reasons , they are confusing us ,


please help us to get the parcel immediately,
