I booked a packet with M/S First Flight Couriers Ltd, Noida office, on 29-07-2011, vide reciept no. W14366396 to be delvered to Mr ANUJ AGRAWAL / IIPM, BHOPAL, and paid courier charges Rs 115/- for the same. Full address & mobile no. of the consignee was indicated on the packet along with full adress & telephone no. of the sender.
The delivery of the packet was not made till 3-8-2011 (lapse of 4 days), where as their track system on line showed "Party not available". In fact, no body visited the party's place, nor contacted the party over phone. The party Mr Anuj Agrawal was eagerly waiting for this packet as it contained important documents, pertaining to his carrier.
After a hectic follow up over phone and visiting local Bhopal office of First Flight Couriers, Mr Anuj has to collect personally the packet from their office on 3-8-2011 afternoon.
This is a great harrasment & giving mental agony to sender as well as receiver of the packet.
We advise people to be carefull in booking their consignment with such careless, irresponsible courier companies.
