My relative had send an important document by courier on May 9th to Bangalore. Tracking Number I60102587. It was told that it will reach in 2 days. Last 3 days I am calling their local office and everyday they say they will deliver it today. Today person is saying come and collect from my office. I had altercation with him and then he agreed and again promised to deliver today evening. Couting my luck.

This is just ridiculous and irresponsible of the courier compnay. First Flight is a bad courier agency.
