I send a shirt and pant (uniform) by FIRST FLIGHT from delhi to Thane on June 1, but till June 8 , there was no response from the courier office. I even called their ofc and call center in Delhi. They redirected me to the call centre numbers in Mumbai which was busy the whole time. Even when someone picked up the phone, they would not listen and just keep the phone on the side(I could hear 2 women talking in the background). After repeated enquiries at the Delhi office, they told me that the courier got misrouted. On June 9th, they told me that the courier was caught in the Octroi and I needed to pay them for that. I told them that I would complain in the consumer court since they not only cost us a huge business loss and not responded to our constant calls but were threatening us that if we did not pay the octroi, we would never be able to courier again. Our relative recieved the courier and even paid for the octri charges at home the following evening and when it was checked next day... we had recieved only half the courier!! The shirt was missing.
Please help how we should go about it.
