This is regarding the Flypak Courier in Gulbarga. My family members have sended me the insurance claim related papers (to pune) by flypak courier. After filling them I have to send it to Bangalore within 15th Jan'12. The Courier addresses us that it will reach pune in 2 days, but it reaches me in 8 days. And I have lost the opportunity to claim my insurance (health) due to that.

I Knows by writing these post in forum nothing happens. But I requests the Consumers not to go for such Couriers. And for the Couriers I request not to tell the fraud delivery dates. There business is not affected if they tell true delivery date, but customers are affected. Transport and Communication is like nervous system. The customer expects the things to be in right time. Otherwise there is no useful of doing it.
