I booked a courier from Coimbatore to Bangalore on 14-Oct-2011. It was a parcel sent through an outlet of Franch Express (::Franchexpress-We deliver...In time...Every time) (AWb Number A26860150).

After more than 25 days, the courier has not yet reached the destination. I try reaching the Administrative Office in Chennai, Regional offices in Bengaluru and Coimbatore, but no response. They only say, they are in the process of finding out the reason.

At the point, the person to whom the courier was addressed has, in fact, moved away from the location!!

Please help me as to how do I go about it further. I find, filing a compliant in consumer forum to be too costly as the loss, overall will be around Rs.400/- Can anyone educate me on how much do the consumer forums charge for filing a case and what is the procedure anyways?
