my self Amit kr gupta , got transferred from moradabad to kolkata. I got the number of Planet india packers and movers , gurgaon from my friend. . I talked to him , who inturn gave my mobile no. to " Yoman Cargo P & M " , Gurgaon. The proprietor of the firm Sh. Satyanarayan Sharma ( 9717237410 ) contacted me on cellphone and agreed for Packing, transporting, unpacking and arranging the household material for Rs. 30000, But he charged me 38000 Rs . as 3 to 4 parties were involved without my consent. My household articles were changed in atleast 3 trucks without my consent. He took 12 days instead of 4 days he promised ( June 3 to June 15 ). My double bed , sofa set , Dining table , chair were broken and a lot of scratches on that.

And following materials missed

1. 60 percent crockery
2 1 no. gas cylinder
3 1 folding bed
4 1 no plastic chair
5 1 no. water camphor
6 1 n0. whiskey bottle


Approximately goods of cost 35000 Rs were stolen. Moreover steel trunk was tried to get opened with lock for stealing the valuable goods.

I have all the photographs of the damaged material and all the receipts of money.

I was harassed a lot for getting my material.
