Gave false cargo booking and delivery dates

Lost the package in transit

refuse to locate or deliver the package urgently and the customer service representative is rude
They keep on making excuses and are refusing to consider any reimbursing options

I have lost my parcel and also I paid 700 rs for this parcel which seems to be my fees for losing my items

This company does not deserve to be a superbrand, pathetic service as a whole
