I couriered my parcel from Pithampur to Lucknow.
My parcel was delivered 6 days late and was damaged.
I have claimed for damage and late return.
The company is showing no interest and always buy more time.
I have spent so much time and money in getting through my complaint.
The claim money is of no concern but I want them to behave like a company they showcase themself.
I just want to take some legal action against them. It has been over 100 days since they are just doing nothing on my case despite numerous assurances.
Kindly help me how to go legally about this.
