One shipment of goods was sent from Santipur, West Bengal to J P Nagar, Bangalore on Oct 1st 2011, through GATI, docket number 475288736. The shipment should have been delivered to us on Oct 8, 2011. But still as on today, the shipment is un-traceable. For the last 10 days, everyday we call up Gati, we just get a standard answer that they are trying to trace this shipment and they will revert back to us. Sometimes they ask us to check with their KR Puram, Bangalore hub and sometimes they ask us to check with Bangalore hub and vice versa. But as on date, GATI has not been able to trace or deliver this shipment. Out Rs 80000 worth of goods are just untraceable. Can Consumer Court pls help us in recovery of the same.
