Dear Sir,

I had used the services of Gati Limited Courier service to transfer my Television and Refrigerator from Laxmangarh (District: sikar, State: Rajasthan), to Modi Nagar, near Ghaziabad UP. They had given me assurance the goods would be sent with proper care and had charged 2600/- for the same. The docket number for the builty was 483128888. When the goods were delivered to Modi Nagar they were totally damaged, TV broken and damage being done to the refrigerator as well. When i contacted them again they said that we do not have any responsibility of delivering the products in good condition but we only take the responsibility to deliver them.

Please help me out in this as i have incurred a lot of loss due to the negligency of the company.
