• As we all know, GATI is the leading brand in supply chain solutions and I have always trusted your services as the best.
• I had booked my motorbike with GATI from your agency at UNA, HIMACHAL PRADESH for INDORE( MADHYA PRADESH). DOCKET NO.465921902. DTD 26 NOV 2011, AMT THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE RUPEES(Rs 3765).
• Due to unforeseen circumstances , I had to cancel my move to indore and I was hospitalized at udhampur on 28 NOV 2011.
• Thereafter, my father informed GATI dealer at UNA, PH NO (+918894704140 )on 30 NOV 2011, not to send the motorcycle to INDORE(MADHYA PRADESH). Motorcycle was at AMBALA(HARYANA).
• On 1st DEC 2011, dealer at UNA(H.P), told GATI dealer at CHANDIGARH, Mr RAJESH PH NO.(+918146653805) on video call in presence of my father.
• Despite this the motorbike was sent to PITHAMPUR ,INDORE . On asking dealer at UNA , CHANDIGARH. They admitted that it was by mistake that it has been sent to PITHAMPUR, INDORE.
• Despite continuously telling GATI dealer at UNA and CHANDIGARH, they didn’t sent the mail to PITHAMPUR for its return.
• At last motorbike was booked on 20 DEC 2011 . DOCKET NO 470750016. And was collected on 26 DEC 2011 by paying amount of TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR RUPEES.(Rs 2934).
1. I m hereby submitting a complaint for refund of my money I have paid to GATI dealers for their mistake which they have admitted.
2. I am completely ready to bear the expenditure from UNA to AMBALA and back to UNA. I have completely stated the facts in my mail to them.
3. I also want to submit complaint regarding GATI dealers at UNA and CHANDIGARH for the harassment they have caused to my father and family. Despite being hospitalized for over a month now and being in armed forces, I used to regularly send my stuff through services of GATI. GATI dealer at CHANDIGARH , Mr RAJESH PH NO.(+918146653805), bluntly told my father that you will get nothing back or the refund. I have sent my complaint to GATI customer care too side by side.
4. I have not got any response from GATI customer care.
5. Please advice me can I file some case against them in consumer court to get my money back.
