Dear Sir,
I would like to explain my disgust with the horrible service provided by on dot couriers. A doctet ( No 421233340 ) was sent from mumbai to pune. It was dispatched on the 15th and today being the 19th we still have no clue as to where the material is. The phone numbers provied are always switched off and if an when you o get through we are told that we will get back by evening and that never happens.
I have a very very urgent incoming docket which i have not received. I want to know what is going on and when i will get the same.
