I.T card of Rs. 221/- was sold to me on 24th Sept. from postal & telegram office of Durgapur-4; West Bengal near Bidhan Chandra Institution. As it was not valid & expired card had been sold they acknowledged the fact but refused to change the card or return my money saying that money has been remitted and I have to bear the loss.BSNL department was however courteous and are now trying to resolve but atleast they have shown concern and have not misbehaved with consumer like the way Postal department have ill treated me.
