I had sent one courier to my sister in Bangalore on 13th December, 2011, with tracking number 11952368. By tracing that number it is showing that it has been delivered. But it was delivered at wrong address. I had called many times to the Bangalore office, but they are not responding positively. There is one person named Srinivasa Naidu who is treating their customers like ASSHOLES, at their Bangalore office.
