Hi,

My courier was dispatched on 16-09-2011 from Mumbai through BlueDart(worst Courier Service) to Pune. That Bill No is: 44397689254 and they didn't even intimate to me either through call or Email for sending that courier back to Mumbai WITHOUT PRIOR INTIMATION. They are covering their mistake as "Consignee not Available". Initially Bluedart people accepted their mistake regarding sending back the courier and again they changed their words and telling that i.e mistake of Customer(me). How come it is possible I given my address as INFOSYS. They can't even deliver it properly and they are covering their mistake and trying to push that mistake on customer(me) side.
That Chinchawad(Pune-Branch) manager is giving improper response when asked about my courier status. That person is talking with two tongues and he is trying to make customers as fools.

Such an irresponsible service, worst and improper behavior.
