Speedpost document returned undelivered even the address is same.

The refund order agianst my pan no AGXPR5216N cheque amount of Rs.16000/- approx was returned by postman Palghar Dist Thane on May 13th , 2011 stating the address is not correct. Even though I am staying for years and receiving all my mails thru same post office regularly.

On enquiring even the incharge of the Palghar West Dist Thane is not responding properly.

Still I have not received the returned cheque as of date.
